All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at bailey@loworbit.studio with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will replace or refund defective items at no cost to you.

European Union If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under EU consumer law. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact us at bailey@loworbit.studio to initiate.
